    Are you an experienced Clinical Supervisor seeking a rewarding opportunity or are you ready to take the leap to leadership but are just looking for the right opportunity? Join our team at Pause Wellness Center and provide essential leadership and clinical expertise to our Outpatient Mental Health team.

    Responsibilities include developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, conducting training for clinicians, supporting practice clinicians, offering supervision hours for pre-licensed clinicians, and delivering comprehensive therapeutic services to our clients. This role offers engagement with a diverse client base through direct work and supervision, promoting teamwork. We provide a competitive salary of $80,000 and opportunities for continuous professional development.

    Compensation:

    $80,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide therapy services to assigned clients, adhering to evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines, with a minimum of 15 sessions per week
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating measurable objectives and appropriate goals
    • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes for clients
    • Continuously monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapy process
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, and progress summaries
    • Collaborate with external sources to create training programs tailored to the needs of the practice
    • Provide supervision to the clinical team and sign off on all documentation for pre-licensed clinicians
    Qualifications:
    • Must have an LMHC license
    • Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience
    • Supervisor experience preferred
    • Strong knowledge and experience in outpatient mental health services are essential for this role
    • The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of licensure regulations
    • A passion for working with clients and wanting to help therapists grow in their work
