In the Counter Sales role you will interact with customers at the counter by taking orders, entering them into the system accurately and filling them as time allows.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Provides an excellent selling experience for customer instore visits and phone calls;
• Provides information to customer on stock availability, pricing, shipping and etc.;
• Taking and filling orders in the system accurately and in a timely manner for walkins and inside sales;
• Locate outofstock parts from outside source and submit emergency orders, if necessary;
• Maintain store product inventory levels and pick and consolidate orders;
• Pull stock to fulfill and consolidate orders, perform other warehouse duties when required.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of counter experience in plumbing supply industry is preferred;
• Some HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• Local market knowledge is a plus;
• Capable of working in a fastpaced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously;
• Great customer service and communication skills;
• Good computer skills.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Education:

Experience:

- plumbing industry sales: 2 years (preferred)
