- Answer all incoming Internet leads with email and phone calls.
- Respond to all chat conversations from prospects.
- Follow up with all prospects until contact is made.
- Set appointments for sales and service prospects and customers.
- Communicate with all no-show appointments and reschedule.
- Track all activity in the CRM (Customer Relations Management) Tool
- Keep all prospect and customer records up to date and accurate.
- Communicate all appointment activity with appropriate managers and salespeople.
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions.

Business Development Center Associate / Call Center Associate is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's marketing goals.
Job Title: Business Development Center Associate
Job Purpose: To generate appointments for automotive prospects contacting the dealership through phone, Internet lead submission and chat features.
