(dba TripleCyber), is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to serve as analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of the management of Federal agencies or both.

The Program Analyst will provide support for the Division of Operational Services (DOS) in areas of Personnel Security, Facilities Maintenance, Contracting, Finance & Acquisition, and Human Resources, to include internal procedures, self-assessments, work plans and reports, training, performance goals, and other internal performance areas.

The Program Analyst will also be able to assist DOS in other administrative areas when other duties allow.

Responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to:

  • SharePoint experience to include capabilities to update metadata, update and modify list views, manage libraries, and export information to Excel.
  • Excel spreadsheet experience including capabilities to create and edit pivot tables and create custom reports.
  • Program coordination skills ? maintain schedules and coordinate internal reviews and updates for internal assessments, procedures updates, and training.
  • Assist with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals are well documented.
  • Provide data management and analysis for studies and maintain assigned projects.
  • Application of factfinding and investigative techniques; oral and written communications; and development of presentations and reports.
  • Developing data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
  • Ensure compliance with policy requirements and prepare drafts of changes in local policy issuances or procedural guides.

Requirements for this position shall include:

  • 3+ years' experience in project management role or bachelor?s degree in a business
- related field.

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience
    Conducting studies, surveys, inspections, or investigations of various processes/operations with an organization; and reviewing, analyzing and evaluating information and sample data.
