Job Description Summary:
The Director - Global Order-to-Cash, will report to our Executive - Global Order to Cash Process. This role will lead implementation of best practices and standardization efforts across the company's global order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
Working closely with regional business, finance leadership, and the organization's outsourced collections agents to create common, lean, efficient processes that improve collections performance, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction with the company's OTC processes.
This role will also implement operating rhythms with global stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities, along OTC value streams, and support broader Treasury initiatives that require visibility and analytics surrounding OTC process data.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Implement a global program to collaborate closely with regional teams and BPO partners using lean principles to create and align on common global process, reporting, and measurement standards, reducing cost and complexity while improving performance.
- Continue to build out BPO governance framework to drive global strategies and partner on areas of improvement affecting collections performance and cost.
- Create a continuous improvement operating mechanism enabling global stakeholder identification and prioritization of opportunities within the OTC process.
- Drive cross functional solutioning and improvement of key metrics linked to cash flow generation at the Global level (Days Sales Outstanding, Past Dues, etc.)
- Lead the company's global OTC analytics, ensuring that collections activity is properly plumbedin to cash flow forecasting and expectations for business results.

Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in related field
- 10+ years of experience in OTC, collections operations, or related field; Finance/Treasury experience (preferred)
- Strong project leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to drive a cross functional team to deliver results
- Legal authorization to work in the US (*We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening)
Desired Characteristics:
- Track record of success in lean process improvement
- Deep experience with global cash flow and/or invoicing, accounts receivable processes
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and leaders, including change management
