Inside Sales Representative - Industry, United States - MT METAL TRADING

Job Purpose:

Provide direct sales and administrative support to the office.


Essential Responsibility:

• Assist with order processing, customer and partner requests, and develop creative and professional solutions based on different requirements of customers.
• Explore prospective customers to expand the market.
• Work with other departments and warehouse. Organize, and file sales and office documents.
• Research and forecast the market and report to the team.
• Expect some travel occasionally after starting to take care of business accounts.

Desired Skill and Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Customer Service/ Sales experience
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in both oral and written form is a Must
• Enjoy working with people, and be comfortable building relationship with customers
• Highly motivated, initiative, passionate, and strong attention to detail
