Responsibilities:
- Assisting agents in client replationship building.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support when needed
- Perform data entry, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data entry in CRM software
- Strong customer support skills to address inquiries effectively
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
- Capable of transcribing meeting notes accurately
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite
Pay:
$16.50 per hour
