Responsibilities:


  • Assisting agents in client replationship building.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support when needed
  • Perform data entry, manage calendars, and schedule appointments

Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with data entry in CRM software
  • Strong customer support skills to address inquiries effectively
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
  • Capable of transcribing meeting notes accurately
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite

Pay:
$16.50 per hour
