- Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of engineers, technicians, and project personnel, fostering effective teamwork and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Establish and nurture solid connections with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to guarantee transparent communication, manage expectations, and resolve any issues that may arise during project implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your mechanical engineering know-how to offer direction, solve problems, and provide technical supervision across the project, ensuring standards compliance and quality.
- Budget and Cost Control: Keep an eye on project finances, expenses, and financial performance, introducing cost-efficient approaches while ensuring projects stay within budget limits.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the construction sector.
- Solid technical acumen and grasp of mechanical engineering principles, project management practices, and safety protocols.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable.
