Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and work with the Sales Team to address any issues related to client billing, reports, supplies, etc.
  • Delegate information to the appropriate personnel
  • Followup to ensure client satisfaction
  • Handle requests from clients by processing orders on a firstcome, firstserve basis
  • Assist doctors in their requests for external reports/additional material regarding current patients
  • Work with lab management to ensure all client specimens are properly received, accessioned, and processed
  • Represent our company with exceptional services to our clients, team members, and patients

Job Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 13 years of client support services or healthcare administrative support experience preferred
  • Specialized knowledge in a Pathology subspecialty, such as Podiatry, is HIGHLY PREFERRED
