Overview:

Naylor Association Solutions is a dynamic, industry-leading organization dedicated to building stronger associations by delivering a combination of member engagement and revenue-generating solutions. Our integrated solutions span all major functional areas, including publishing and communications, trade shows and events, software and web development solutions, e-learning solutions, and association advising services.

The Marketing Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple projects within the Naylor Association Solutions portfolio. They will work closely with project stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Responsibilities include program planning, execution, budget management, stakeholder communication, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing programs aligned with project objectives and target audience needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
- Manage program budgets, allocations, and expenditures to maximize ROI.
- Communicate program objectives, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders and team members.
- Track and analyze program performance metrics, including KPIs, milestones, and success criteria.
- Identify and address potential roadblocks and challenges.
- Generate reports and present results to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of marketing programs with overall departmental and organizational goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing program coordination and execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
