IT System Administrator - Network (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities with us:

  • You are responsible for configuring and monitoring our firewalls and internet gateways or LAN infrastructure
  • Your expertise is fully utilized in designing and maintaining our physical and virtual network architectures
  • In collaboration with our departments, you analyze disruptions and find effective solutions
  • You support the management and supervision of our valued customers and external service partners
  • In close cooperation with our security team, you contribute to developing and optimizing proactive measures against cybercrime

What we expect from you:

  • You have either completed a technical IT training or acquired your IT knowledge through practical experience
  • You have already familiarized yourself with the basics of common network technologies
  • Do you already have some knowledge of firewalls or switches? That is definitely a plus. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in this area or willing to learn more
  • You may not be a Linux guru, but you know your way around a Linux environment
  • You have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy being hands-on
  • Your flexibility and hands-on mentality make you a valued team member
  • Your team spirit and communication skills help you seamlessly collaborate with different departments
