Description

For our client in the mechanical engineering industry, we are looking for you to join us immediately as a Quality Control Employee (m/f/diverse) in Halifax, VA.

Your responsibilities:

Inspection of all parts (e.g. production parts, assemblies, purchased parts, spare parts, customer parts)
Inspection of parts using measuring machines, manual and optical measuring devices
Saving measurement protocols and clamping situations
Evaluation and documentation of measurement results in SAP
Consultation with departments and suppliers in case of problems

Your profile:

Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d) or similar
Experience in the field of
quality assurance:
Knowledge of common measuring tools
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of MS Office and SAP (desirable)
