Senior Living Community in Wrentham, MA - conveniently located right off of Route 495, seeks Resident Care Director
Seeking organized, motivated and compassionate Team Leaders who have a desire to make an impact with our Residents and Staff.
Medication administration and compliance
Schedule appropriate nursing coverage
Direct care and service to Residents - Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Direction and Participation in assessments and Care Plans
Training of Associates and auditing of care
Collaborate & maintain communications with Families and Residents
Coordinate and Complete monthly in-service training as required
On Call Rotation for emergencies
Participate in meetings to discuss needs and requirements of each Resident and take appropriate action as needed and directed to promote quality Resident Care.
Knowledge Expectation:
Nursing standards of practice for older adults. Prior experience in Assisted Living is preferred. Appropriate State License is required.
Pay:
From $95,000.00 per year
