Your tasks with us:

  • On our sales floor, you are the central point of contact for individual customer questions and provide tailored advice
  • With enthusiasm, you advise and sell our bicycles and pedelecs, as well as the appropriate bicycle accessories
  • You monitor our goods and inventory through our merchandise management system
  • You maintain our products and ensure that our goods are always properly labeled
  • You support sales and handle returns and complaints at the cash register
  • A satisfied customer makes you happy
