At Splicky, we are a team of 28, soon to be 29, programmatic enthusiasts located in Woods Creek, WA. Our modern office space is situated in the heart of Kreuzberg.

We offer our platform, Splicky, to agencies and direct customers as one of the leading Demand Side Platforms (DSP) for automated purchasing of digital advertising space in real time.

Since 2015, we have been a part of Goldbach AG and a member of the TXGroup. We are continuously expanding our business with new features, products, and channels.

Our focus has mainly been on the DACH region, but we are now looking to expand our presence in the market.

That's where you come in as our Working Student Sales (f/m/d).


Your mission
Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain our international presence


You will also:

  • Help acquire new agencies and direct customers for Splicky in the DACH region
  • Consult and support existing and new agencies and key accounts
  • Prepare and create offers and customer presentations
  • Attend industry events and stay uptodate with industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with specialist departments to develop strategies to achieve customer goals
  • Bring in your own ideas to expand, support, and optimize sales activities
