They are the first point of contact and bridge between the client and strategy consultant/specialist. In addition, they support our experts in creating concepts and in initial discussions with the client. As an Associate - Scout, all opportunities for further development are open to you. You alone decide whether you want to pursue the path of a strategy consultant, specialist, or leader.

Our scouts support in personnel integration and training. Depending on the strengths and abilities of the candidate, a scout adjusts the area of responsibility to the new colleague. They maintain contact with agencies and recruit suitable candidates to expand our team. Currently, we have double-digit growth, which leads to an increased need for personnel in all departments.

Our strategy consultants are the partners of our clients. Their main task is to align the individual goals of the customer with a sustainable strategy. They conduct consulting sessions, create individual concepts, and work together with our clients on implementation. The strategy consultants are responsible for the lifelong support of our clients.

Quality and expertise are the cornerstones of sustainable consulting. Specialists support our strategy consultants in various specialized areas, similar to a specialist supporting a general practitioner. Some of these specialized areas include:
