You will be using your professional demeanor, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills to service new and existing accounts to achieve agency sales goals and service standards. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls
Process customer policy change requests and take payments.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner and answer incoming phone calls.
Handle customer renewals.
Represent the company at local events
Assist agents with obtaining signatures and securing paperwork
Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for agents

Requirements:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Professional phone etiquette.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Willingness to grow within the company
