    Description

    The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for the upkeep and implementation of the MVP CMMS in accordance with direction from the Maintenance Manager.

    This includes but not limited to the PM system, WO tracking, WO generation, closing of WO and scheduling effective and efficient PMs for multiple machines in an industrial environment.

    Knowledge of the production processes and maintenance strategies is a must. Must be competent with computers and Windows based software. Working knowledge of MVP system is a plus. Planner will have shared responsibility with Warehouse personal to maintain inventory in MVP and warehouse storeroom. Ordering of parts used on work orders must be tracked, accounted for, and replenished.

    MVP software should reflect real-world picture of current and past events to allow for more accurate and intelligent decisions to be made by Management on critical projects relating to the health and well-being of all plant equipment.

    Maintenance Planner will also interface with contractors on a daily basis to better track and capture contractor details.

    11) Sound practical experience in mechanical and electrical fundamentals
