    As a CNC Machinist you will:

    • Operate a cell to include set ups, understanding of programming and lay out of jobs.
    • Initiate program adjustments from engineering.
    • Perform general maintenance, cleaning and organization of equipment and tooling.
    • Demonstrate the ability to perform general troubleshooting of CNC machines and tooling.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, work order instructions, and operate required tools involved in role.
    • Maintain tolerances to engineering and manufacturing specifications.
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to ensure the success of the department and the company.
    • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality.
    Requirements:

    Required qualifications for a CNC Machinist:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Must have strong mechanical ability to be a successful CNC Machinist
    • Skilled in performing detailed work with a high degree of quality and accuracy
    • Must demonstrate safe work practices, work with limited supervision and communicate with coworkers, manager and other departments
    • Maintain poise and respond in a professional and respectful manner to all situations
