    Description
    Our client, a nationally accredited non-profit leader with a patient-centered approach to care, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their team. This role involves overseeing clinical reviews, directing the clinical staff, and ensuring optimal performance in providing counseling services. Key responsibilities include: - Providing training, supervision, and mentoring to maximize counselors' performance - Maintaining work schedules for adequate coverage - Reviewing clinical documentation for quality and regulatory compliance - Conducting performance appraisals and participating in hiring and termination processes - Engaging in program planning and development - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards - Collaborating with other clinical disciplines to enhance patient care Minimum requirements for this position include a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field, at least five years of experience in Addiction or Mental Health Treatment programs, and the ability to apply best practices in addiction treatment. Preferred qualifications include LICSW or LMHC certification.
