- Recruits, screens, orients, matches, evaluates and engages individual and organizational members.
- Establishes and nurtures long-term partnerships with community-based organizations and volunteers.
- Identifies, supervises, trains and nurtures program team leaders in person and virtually.
- Develops, translates and distributes monthly calendars on timely basis.
- Documents and enters member information and activities in program database.
- Plans and implements member engagement and community outreach strategies in assigned areas.
- Applies future-focused mindset to program development and implementation.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- In order to ensure OFCCP compliance, "minimum qualifications" must conform to the following:
- High School degree required.
- 2-3 years work in professional capacity working in community building and engagement, health education, volunteer management, and program development.
- Computer and virtual/remote technology proficiency.
- Spoken and written bilingual skills (Cantonese/Mandarin).
- Ability to travel around Greater New York metropolitan area.
- Strong project management and community organizing skills.
- Critical thinking, solutions-oriented and creative, willing to challenge the norm.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping. Data driven mindset.

Hiring Range*:
