Our company is responsible for managing Hyundai's global motorsport activities, with a primary focus on our World Rally Championship program.

We are currently seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle composite materials and adhere to established safety protocols
  • Handlaminate composite components according to specifications provided by project engineers
  • Prepare components for autoclave curing using vacuum bagging techniques
  • Create tooling patterns and molds using chemical sealers and release systems
  • Fabricate molds based on provided patterns
  • Follow build manuals and maintain quality control processes
  • Consult with project engineers to resolve any quality issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Prioritize workload to meet time constraints

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret detailed instructions and drawings
  • Previous experience working in a low volume vehicle production or motorsport build environment
  • Proficiency in composite trimming, grinding, and drilling to high standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate shift work if necessary
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and pride in handcrafted work
