Southern California Coatings & Construction Inc, has been in business for over 30 years.

We specialize in maintaining communities (stucco repairs, painting, wood replacement, welding, water proofing, decks/balconies etc.)


Qualities/Skills Preferred:

  • Knowledge in QuickBooks.
  • Basic Accounting Experience.
  • Basic Construction knowledge.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize.
Daily Tasks would include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Data Entry using

Microsoft Office:
Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

  • Assist with proposals and inspection requests.
  • Organize and maintain job folders (paper and digital).
  • Track long term job progress/ job costing.
  • Job Scheduling.
  • Coordinating inspections.
This is a small office environment.

We are looking for long-term employees.

Hours can be flexible:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.


Salary:
$ $23.00 per hour (with room for growth)


Schedule:

  • 8 hours shift

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Excel: 1 year (preferred)
