"Southern California Coatings & Construction Inc.", is a construction Company located in the City of Whittier and is a small office environment.Southern California Coatings & Construction Inc, has been in business for over 30 years.
We specialize in maintaining communities (stucco repairs, painting, wood replacement, welding, water proofing, decks/balconies etc.)
Qualities/Skills Preferred:
- Knowledge in QuickBooks.
- Basic Accounting Experience.
- Basic Construction knowledge.
- Experience in Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritize.
- Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Data Entry using
Microsoft Office:
Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Assist with proposals and inspection requests.
- Organize and maintain job folders (paper and digital).
- Track long term job progress/ job costing.
- Job Scheduling.
- Coordinating inspections.
We are looking for long-term employees.
Hours can be flexible:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Salary:
$ $23.00 per hour (with room for growth)
Schedule:
- 8 hours shift
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Excel: 1 year (preferred)
Pay:
$ $23.00 per year
