- Coordinate the entire contract lifecycle for professional services, from initiation and execution to post-award administration.
- Implement sourcing strategies, conduct competitive bids, and negotiate contracts to secure efficient terms and cost savings.
- Work closely with the legal department and internal stakeholders to align on contract terms and conditions.
- Research and evaluate using established criteria to select high-quality suppliers and consultants.
- Prepare RFIs and RFPs in line with organizational policies.
- Perform market research to support ongoing category analysis and identification of new opportunities.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain current with industry best practices, demonstrating unwavering integrity and ethics.
- At least one year of strategic sourcing experience
- Contract administration experience

The Sourcing Specialist is a pivotal role focused on improving our organization's procurement and sourcing strategies through expert management of professional service contracts.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $84,600 to $103,400 per year.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
