Description
We, the housing and building cooperative "Mieterschutz" eG, are a medium-sized Cologne-based housing cooperative. We manage over 3,000 residential and commercial units in the Cologne area and serve over 5,000 cooperative members. To support our finance and accounting department, we are currently seeking a COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE IN FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING (M/F/D).


THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU:

  • Member and deposit management
  • Independent management of subsidiary books
  • Year-end closing activities
  • Distribution calculation
  • Processing of payments in the creditor area
  • Accounting support in daily operations
  • Preparation of year-end closing activities, account reconciliations and maintenance
  • Representation of the rent accounting department
  • Support in general tasks

REQUIRED PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed commercial education
