As specialists in hotel management, we are looking for passionate individuals to support our headquarters teams in areas such as IT, accounting, reservations, office management, property and project management, human resources, commercial, revenue, and sales and marketing.

Responsibilities include administrative and documentation tasks in the following areas:

  • Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
  • Microsoft Active Directory, M365 & Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid
  • VMWare virtualization platform
  • Check Point firewall infrastructure
  • Citrix XEN App / XEN Desktop environment
  • Configuration and maintenance of hardware (servers, storage, thin & fat clients)
  • Monitoring and adjusting security systems
  • User support at 1st and 2nd level, supported by our IT helpdesk ticket system
  • Processing and maintenance of tickets

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed IT training (IT specialist) and/or a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas as a "senior
