Description

• Responsibilities including overseeing the receiving materials and drug products, warehousing, packaging, distribution of drug products, and management of the daily operation of the team to achieve the business needs
• Support the investigation of operation related quality issues and deviation, support the related CAPA
• Coordinate and communicate relevant activities of operations to ensure activities are in place in a timely manner to meet client requirements
• Provide reports and relevant information to client and internal team timely
• Responsible for the daily purchasing for the consumable materials to support operations
• Support the internal and external audit of operations, provide the related documents

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (major in pharmaceutical, biological or supply chain management is preferred)
• Good coordination ability, selfmotivated team player and result oriented
• Ideally have 2 years experience in pharmaceutical production or logistics, familiar with GMP/GSP
• Background in logistics, pharmaceutical and quality are advantageous, but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Good communication skills and multitasking
• Bilingual of English and Chinese are essential
