- Assessment, evaluation, training, and education
- Program planning, support services, and clinical services
- Provide behavioral evaluations and act as a liaison for psychiatric supports
- Participate in ongoing assessments and develop behavioral intervention plans
- Conduct home and community visits as needed
- Ensure all behavior support plans contain appropriate measurable goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and psychiatric appointments
- Provide staff/family training on implemented programs
- Review all Functional Behavior Assessments/Behavior Support Plans
- Conduct weekly meetings with each
- Review billable hours spreadsheets and discuss productivity
- Review weekly scheduling of technicians
- Discuss cases on caseload
- Track and ensure supervision requirements are met
- Review goal progress for each client
- Identify key milestones for each case
- Create and maintain satisfaction surveys
- Monitor and maintain certification documentation for staff
- Stay current with State and Federal Regulations
- Provide support for scheduling coverage and billing
- Participate in community activities for company growth
- Master or doctorate degree in a human-related field
- Independently licensed or certified
- Three or more years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or ASD

Job Title: Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Overview:
If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence, we want you on our team. The ideal candidate must hold a master's or doctorate degree in a human-related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
In this role, you will provide direct oversight and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians. Your responsibilities will include offering behavioral support services, social skills programming, and skill acquisition goals to consumers with ASD and/or behavioral support service needs.
