Job summary
HHAeXchange is seeking a Customer Advocate to assist customer end users with troubleshooting and learning the software platform.
Responsibilities
- Become fluent in use and capabilities of Generations and Pavillio software platforms
- Clearly answer questions and provide feedback instruction recommendations on best practices to customers
- Troubleshoot issues with customers escalate issues as needed when further attention required
- Create send tickets for unresolved issues to tech team
- Follow up escalation teams ensure tickets completion follow up customer users confirm/relay status/li>Gather feedback customers regarding services work eliminate those issues/li>Assist trainers agencies training obstacles identified work team overcome those obstacles
