Job summary
The Front Desk Agent ensures guest satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient service. They are responsible for the accurate registration, posting of charges, and check-out of guests.They greet guests with a genuine and warm spirit of hospitality, register them in an efficient manner, post transactions to their accounts, and reconcile discrepancies between systems.
They also handle guest requests and concerns, coordinate delivery of services from other departments or outside businesses,
and process incoming and outgoing reservation requests. Additionally they maximize room revenue through suggestive selling. The agent is expected to maintain a professional image at all times.
