In Customer Success, you will support our new customers in their first use of our systems, answer technical inquiries, and focus on the success of our customers in using our products.

We turn SIDES customers into enthusiastic customers

  • You are part of a dedicated team where you and your colleagues support customers with technical and general questions
  • You are the first point of contact for new and existing customers and answer their inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Of course, we will provide you with an onboarding for this task
  • You provide information, solve customer issues promptly, and always keep a cool head
  • You forward more complex inquiries to internal specialist teams
  • You document customer interactions and solutions clearly and precisely. You contribute to the continuous improvement of SIDES' customer support processes
Your profile


What you add to our team:

  • We are happy if you already have experience in supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS company or similar environment. Of course, you can also familiarize yourself with this area with us. Your interest in the task counts.
