Network Planning and Calculation Engineer m/f/d

WEMAG Netz GmbH, based in Schwerin, is a subsidiary of WEMAG and operates an electrical energy supply network in West Mecklenburg as well as parts of Brandenburg and Lower Saxony. The network covers an area of approximately square kilometers and consists of approximately kilometers of lines, ensuring safe and high-quality electricity distribution.

Your tasks

  • Processing and reviewing network connection projects for feed-in or customer connections (especially EEG systems) including documentation
  • Preliminary review of network connection projects based on site plans and existing network data in the network information system
  • Evaluation of network structures for customer connections and network extensions in accordance with technical and legal framework conditions
  • Network calculations and data maintenance for operational and strategic purposes
  • Developing and evaluating technical solutions, comparing alternatives and concepts
  • Initiating internal project orders for network measures
  • Handling customer inquiries

Your profile

  • Completed technical (university) degree
  • Good knowledge of network calculation, preferably with Digsilent Powerfactory
  • Special knowledge of
