Production technologists work in various departments within the company.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a production technologist include working in development areas, pilot areas, and production lines, as well as in application and support areas.

You will plan industrial production processes, set up production equipment, and put them into operation. You will also monitor process flows, analyze and document technical malfunctions and quality deviations, and continuously strive for improvement.


What to expect:

  • You will gain indepth knowledge and practical experience with common production tools, equipment, and management systems for quality assurance, optimization, and improvement.
  • You will participate in process development, simulate processes, and produce samples and prototypes.
  • You will organize logistical processes for various types of products and tools.
  • You will set up production equipment and prepare production runs.
  • You will start up new processes, conduct test runs with proper documentation and systematic error analysis.
  • You will identify potential for optimization and improvement and take measures to eliminate quality deviations.
  • You will work in the production processes and support process engineers.
  • You will contribute suggestions for improving processes.
  • You will carry out your tasks independently while adhering to relevant regulations and safety measures.
  • You will coordinate your work with upstream and downstream departments.
