    The Position:

    Experienced litigation paralegal with expertise in New York personal injury defense. The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and motivated to participate in the all phases of litigation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
    • Litigation experience; insurance defense experience preferred
    • Superior communication, writing, and research skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Exceptional organizations skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the attorneys in all phases of litigation
    • Process medical records, conduct medical records review, prepare medical record and deposition summaries, prepare and respond to discovery responses
    • Assist in online research
    • Provide motion and trial support
    • Participate in legal projects with partners
