Donovan Hatem LLP is a multi-practice law firm offering sophisticated and specialized legal counsel to architectural and engineering firms, as well as a diverse clientele of public and private companies, and individuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
Assist with preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and written discovery
Organize and maintain case files, exhibits and documents
Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits
Assist with document production and discovery requests
Review documents in document management systems such as Relativity, Disco and Everlaw

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience working as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role
Proficiency in document review and legal research
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Working knowledge and experience with efiling in state and federal courts
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a demanding and fastpaced environment
Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
