Deputy Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)

in full-time or part-time employment with at least 75% of regular working hours.

Your responsibilities include:
Advising managers and employees on all labor and collective bargaining law issues

Further development and continuous optimization of HR work with a focus on the requirements of the digital age

You are responsible for the preparation of data and the creation of reports

Ensuring the smooth processing of all personnel tasks in the department

Supporting the development of our recruiting processes

Implementation of strategic HR topics (e.g. applicant management)

We are looking for:
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or successfully completed further training as a Personnel Specialist, as well as professional experience in hospital operations

In-depth knowledge of labor law and the application of collective agreements, especially TVöD-K, TVöD-Ärzte/VKA

In-depth knowledge of social security and income tax law

Good knowledge of common MS Office programs, ideally experience with fideli.personal

Strategic thinking, assertiveness, quick comprehension, communication skills, reliability, and teamwork
