As an Iona, your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to increase the Gold loan business
Generating revenue through cross-selling products and collecting interest

To be successful in this role, you should have:

An MBA in marketing and finance from a reputable college
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of the local language, with fluency in English being an added advantage
Strong analytical skills
