Join Our Compassionate Night Owl Team

Are you a night owl looking to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking two overnight awake staff to join our team, providing essential care to a young man who has autism and other disabilities, and supporting him in his family home.

This could be a full time or a part-time position

Position:
Part-Time Overnight Awake Staff
Hours, flexible hours.

What You'll Do:

Be the guardian angel through the night, staying alert and attentive to his needs.
Assist with personal care, including diaper changes and any necessary support.
Offer comfort and reassurance, soothing him with a simple touch or holding his hand.
Utilize video monitoring to keep a watchful eye while having the flexibility to use your computer or phone.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or above.
13 years of experience is preferred, but a heart full of compassion is most important.
Must pass a criminal background check for the safety of our client.
Experience with simple sign language is a bonus
Kindness and empathy are nonnegotiables.
Comfortable with a therapy dog in the house
