You motivate them to participate in activities to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
Your presence and initiative in conversations help alleviate fears and provide guidance and encouragement.
You pay attention to changes in the wellbeing of our residents and maintain close communication with the nursing team.
You contribute to the dignified care of the dying.
