Provides day to day HR support on a variety of people-related administration, systems, and initiatives.

Confers with managers and supervisors to identify talent needs, job specifications, and skills required.
Responsible for working with new hires in the preboarding and onboarding process to make sure all information is accurate and company is compliant with employment laws.
Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in payroll preparation and benefit administration by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Inputs, maintains, audits, extracts, manipulates, and analyzes confidential HR data from

ADP in the various modules.

Initiates changes to the ADP HR Information System (HRIS) associated with various personnel events such as job or organization changes and salary actions.
Runs periodic data audits of ADP data to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Support HR team with annual performance management and assists managers with accurate and timely completion of employee skill assessments and performance reviews.
Support with formal meetings for various Employee Relations cases.
Responds to HR queries in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Assisting the HR team with general adhoc tasks or any other duties as and when required, including Involvement in HR Projects.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
