Dominion Engineering Management Services (DEMS), LLC is looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to oversee our Renewable Energy Program Management Certification courses tailored for industry professionals. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring successful program delivery, enhancing our reputation, and contributing to professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
- Manage all aspects of Renewable Energy Program Management certification courses.
- Schedule course sessions, arrange instructors, venues, and materials.
- Maintain an events calendar and communicate schedules promptly.
Participants Management
- Handle inquiries, provide detailed program information.
- Manage registrations, payments, and course enrollments.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Course Content and Materials
- Ensure up-to-date course materials are timely distributed.
- Gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Logistics and Administration
- Coordinate all logistical aspects, venue arrangements, catering, and technical needs.
- Maintain accurate records and issue course certificates.
Marketing and Promotion
- Aid in developing promotional materials and strategies.
Quality Assurance
- Evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Budget Management
- Assist in preparing and managing program budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure budget adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Renewable Energy, or related.
- Proven experience in program coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with renewable energy concepts is a plus.
