    Role: Full-time, starting at entry level.

We assist our buyers with financing, renovations, and reselling as well Founded in 2008, NetWorth Realty has 30 offices in the US with no signs of slowing down We open 2-3 offices each year. Our fully licensed agents strive to add value to their clients' businesses - creating a relationship that lasts far past the first sale

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue wholesale real estate opportunities in the local market.
    • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals.
    • Conduct property research, analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
    • Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from acquisition to closing.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a supportive work environment.
    • Sell properties from our private off-market inventory.

    Requirements:

    • Valid real estate license.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
