At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Planning Engineer for Signaling and Safety Technology (LST) (m/f/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the Erfurt location.


DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH offers technically high-quality and customized infrastructure, mobility, and transportation solutions in Germany and worldwide - from idea to operation.

We take on planning, project management, construction supervision, planning and acceptance testing, environmental services, and consulting in rail-specific topics.


Your tasks:

As a (Senior) Planning Engineer for Signaling and Safety Technology, you will develop specialized planning services in all phases of the HOAI for new or renovated signaling and safety technology systems in all types of signal box construction, train protection systems, train control systems, and level crossing safety systems.

You will conduct internal quality checks.
You will coordinate interdisciplinary planning in the interfaces.
You are responsible for the implementation and compliance of LST-specific planning components in the tendering and award processes.

In addition, you are responsible for the implementation and compliance of LST-specific planning processes in the review and approval-required PT1 execution planning.

You support your colleagues in calculating planning services.
Last but not least, you provide your colleagues with technical knowledge.
