Responsibilities:
- File management, record keeping and document imaging
- Opening and processing mail
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Scheduling appointments for financial aid counselors
- Assisting the Director and Associate Director with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Supervising approximately two student workers
- Representing the office at special events (Open House, Admitted Students Day)
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred
- One to two years of related experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

The position is a full time, Monday through Friday 9am to 5 pm position; however, some evening and/or weekend hours may be required during peak processing times or for recruitment events.
This position will require working both at our campus located in Patchogue, at our off campus location in Great River.
