Your tasks:

You are our debt expert


As such:
- you are responsible for collecting co-payments from insured individuals and recovery claims against third parties
- you advise our customers - by phone, through digital channels, or in person
- you process cases quickly, independently, and in a structured manner
- you handle payments related to benefits granted in Germany and abroad
- thanks to your communicative and empathetic nature, you understand what customers want and need
- you approach conflict situations positively and find solutions that satisfy all parties involved
