• Entering customers' orders into our computer system
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Providing answers to questions regarding fitment and product availability
• Resolving customer product and service issues
• Handling and processing return requests
• Strong communication skills
• Good telephone manner

• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

This position is an in person, full-time (40 hour per week), Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Our benefits package includes health, dental, life and short term disability insurances. In addition, there is paid vacation time and a SIMPLE IRA retirement savings plan with matching contributions. Compensation is negotiable and will depend on experience. We are family owned and operated.


Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

- automotive engine: 1 year (preferred)
