Job Title: Business Analyst with Capital Market

Job location: Irving Texas

Job description:

Capgemini is seeking Business Analyst with Capital Market Domain along with Regulatory reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Drive discussions with business users/stakeholders/technology teams
Should be capable of engaging with business stakeholders , capturing granular level business details , underlying data and processing rules and develop subject matter expertise of the applications
Rich in Banking Domain experience
Experience in Capital Markets as a business Analyst with exposure to regulations such has CCAR reporting/Basel II & III / or similar regulatory or compliance projects\
Lead the definition of problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Providing support during and post implementation phase of various projects
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Experience in preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirements (FRD), use cases, process flows and maintaining requirements traceability matrix
Able to document and understand information from multiple data sources
Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualification

6+ years of total experience as Business Analysis in Capital Markets
Experience in working with Banking/ Lending applications
Experience in working with Credit Risk/ Regulatory initiatives like BASEL, CCAR, Stress Testing or similar
Good knowledge on Banking products - Knowledge on products such as Mortgages/Deposits/ Trading Securities/Debt/Derivatives/Margin/Collateral Management would be desirable
Experience in test strategy, preparation of test scenarios, defects triaging and co-ordination with QA team.
