    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Exciting career opportunities available for Business Analyst in the Data Strategy and Enablement team within our organization. This role focuses on supporting various business processes, including Enterprise, Account, and Person data management. The main responsibilities revolve around creating, managing, and executing large-scale data clean-up projects. Please note that at the moment, we are not able to sponsor individuals requiring work authorization or visas for the current openings. We kindly ask that only candidates with the legal right to work in the United States apply.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Improve data quality by driving initiatives to enhance the accuracy of client data used in critical business operations, ultimately elevating data transparency and value within Gartner.
    • Analyze data using various techniques, from simple aggregation to more advanced statistical methods.
    • Collaborate with business and technical teams, both on-site and offshore, to produce essential deliverables like Data flow diagrams, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, User Stories, and User Acceptance Tests.
    • Gain insight into relevant business areas, technical constraints, costs, and risks to provide recommendations, solutions, or alternative suggestions to shape requirements.
    • Lead data workshops with business and IT stakeholders to outline requirements and execution processes, managing dependencies effectively.
    • Ensure quality by following established processes and procedures, including maintaining documentation on shared platforms.
    • Validate delivery team outputs, ensuring accurate interpretation of requirements and execution of test cases.
    • Offer assistance to other analysts, process owners, and project managers to support various business initiatives.
