    Description

    Job Title: Business Analyst - Con AI with IVR Specialist
    Location: Irving, NY/NJ, Tampa, Chicago
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay Rate: $100,000 - $110,000 per annum

    Work Authorization:
    You must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship. Visa types eligible for this role include USC, GC, H1B Transfer, GCEAD, and TN.

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a skilled AI with IVR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) in previous projects and a proven track record of product development utilizing LLMs. Experience with Chat, IVR, and Banking is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize Speech to Text technologies such as Whisper and Google TTS.
    • Proficiency in Vector Database and Graph DB (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j).
    • Strong understanding and application of Transformer/Neural Network models.
    • Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and Open Source LLMs (e.g., Llama2, Mistral, Mixtral).
    • Familiarity with frameworks like Langchain, Haystack, and the ability to implement Agentic Workflows using these frameworks.
    • Experience in creating Embeddings using MPNET, Ada models.
    • Proficiency in advanced techniques like HyDE, MMR, and LLM reranking for effective semantic search.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience in AI development, particularly with IVR systems.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
