    Description

    Mosaic Health is looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the new School-Based Health Center in Rushville, NY.


    Job Duties:

    • Support Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in patient care
    • Act as patient advocate
    • Obtain and document medical history
    • Record information in Electronic Health Record
    • Perform in-house tests as ordered
    • Room patients and disinfect rooms
    • Take vital signs
    • Prioritize daily tasks
    • Assist with patient access tasks
    *Education/Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of LPN training program
    • New York State LPN license required
    • 1 year of related work experience preferred
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Experience with electronic health records
    *Requirements: Valid New York State Driver's License
